  2. Prepare Your Package: Ensure the return package includes the original packaging, product tags, and invoice. Arrange for shipping to the return address listed below.
Cancellation and Exchange
  • Order Cancellations and Exchanges: We currently do not offer order cancellations or exchanges.
Reasons for Rejected Returns

Returned items must be in their original condition and unworn. If any quality issues are detected, we may decline the return request and send the items back to you.

Customized Orders
  • No Returns/Exchanges for Custom-Made Orders: Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refund Process
  1. Quality Check: After receiving your return at our warehouse, we will conduct a thorough quality check.
  2. Refund Approval: If the items meet the original quality standards, a refund will be processed.
  3. Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

If the returned items do not pass the quality check, the package will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.

  • Delivery Timeline: For metro cities, orders usually arrive within 2-4 days from dispatch, while deliveries to non-metro cities may take 5-7 days.
  • Unforeseen Delays: In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances or operational issues, delivery might be delayed. Please track your order using the provided details for updates.
Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping: All prepaid orders above ₹2500 qualify for free shipping within India.
  • Shipping Fees for Orders Below ₹2500: A shipping charge applies, calculated based on the order’s weight, distance, and volume.
  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): We currently do not offer COD.
